The Commonwealth Department of Health & Ageing is changing aged care services during 2014/15. Its new name is the Dept. of Social Services and it manages most of the government subsidised programs funded for aged care across Australia ie Commonwealth Home Support Program or CHSP, Community Aged Care Packages (CACP), Respite and Residential Care. This is your first go-to site for Service information across Australia.
