There are many sources of information that are freely available for use. The blog contained within the website will provide you with current articles on ageing as well as be a focal point to highlight the emotional, social, psychological and spiritual aspects surrounding the practical physical aspects of ageing.
• Enquiries can be made via email or telephone at no charge. Minor followup discussions will also incur no charge. You will be advised when fees are to be applied.
• Some people may have extra difficulty finding the time required to attend to these procedures, may live away from their elderly loved one, or live nearby but find it difficult to understand the processes required and the language used in relation to aged care. Some situations are very complicated and personalised, face to face discussion may be required to establish a course of action. Currently we are able to offer face to face meetings in a circumference area 200kms from Adelaide CBD. The charge for personalised meetings will vary depending on where an appointment is held. The initial meeting costs will be discussed with you prior to the meeting.
• If you require us to take action on your behalf in regard to arranging health or financial assessments or investigation and assessment of service providers an agreement will be formulated and signed prior to any actions. There may be other tasks that we can be of help with. We will discuss with you the tasks required, your options and preferences, the likely time required to fulfil these needs and all charges with you prior to any action taking place. This will be clearly described in a written agreement that all relevant parties will sign.
